At TeethNow Dental Implant Centers, our Teeth in an Hour™ treatment is guided by a low radiation 3-D X-Ray with virtual reality 3-D design software which fabricates a 3-D surgical guide. This very technology is used to plan the placement of the dental implants and allow for precise teeth placement at the time of surgery. Teeth in an Hour™ technique is unlike any dental implant procedure most commonly used at other dental practices.
When it comes to dental implant procedures, this particular method is known for its dramatically fast completion. This procedure is often the ideal solution for dental implant patients who have been told they need to have their teeth extracted, those who experience the negative effects of wearing dentures, or for those who are missing one or two teeth.
With our Teeth in an Hour™ technique, you will not be left without teeth in the time between your initial consultation and your final dental implant procedure. In fact, you will walk out of our office with beautiful teeth upon the same day you enter!

Upon your consultation evaluation, it is just as important to be thorough with us as it is for us to be thorough with you! Though you may exhibit outstanding oral health and adequate bone density/health to sustain dental implants, we encourage you to provide us with a list of medications used, health history, and history of teeth grinding (bruxism), if any. This will help us to best conclude whether or not dental implants are right for you.
Teeth in an Hour™ is the perfect solution for people who have no teeth (or will have the teeth extracted) in either the top jaw, bottom jaw, or both. The process is truly remarkable. Historically, patients would have multiple surgeries over the course of 4-9 months to obtain what is now completed in approximately one hour. The process is cutting edge: A CBCT scan is used with Virtual Reality software to plan the placement of the dental implants and fabricate the final bridge (teeth replacement) before the surgery is even performed.
An initial comprehensive consultation will be given to assess your suitability for the Teeth in an Hour™ technique. During the consultation, a dental examination along with a series of dental X-Rays will be performed in order to gather the necessary data. In addition, we will take photos of your mouth/teeth to keep for our records, use for your Before & After look, and further accrue what we need to get started.
We provide each patient with a CT scan to gain high precision data for dental planning.
CT scans help us to diagnose diseases of the jaw, as well as a more detailed look at the nasal cavity and sinuses.
Additionally, CT scans help us to detect impacted teeth, diagnose various underlying issues, ensure accurate placement of dental implants, and evaluate bone structure.
Computer-based planning of the implant surgery is the next step within the patient process.
Our computer-based planning is performed on a 3D virtual model of the jaw.
At TeethNow, we pride ourselves on ensuring that our patients have a full understanding of their dental procedure.
Our state-of-the-art technology gives us the ability to provide our patients with an accurate visual of their future smile, as well as a thorough understanding of what the procedure entails.
At this stage, data files with the surgical plan are sent to the lab.
Once the lab receives everything they need, the surgical guide and final prosthetics are prepared and sent back to our office.
Almost there!
It’s procedure day! Thanks to data we received through our computer-guided technology, we are able to place your implants accurately and precisely.
Precision drilling with the aid of the surgical guide also plays a large roll in the meticulous placement of the patient’s implants.
No sutures are required, and in most cases, there’s no swelling or discomfort.
Whether it is temporary or final, the prosthesis is immediately fitted following the placement of the dental implants.
You can now officially leave our office with a fully-functioning smile to enjoy for a lifetime.
This computer-guided dental implants surgery is extremely accurate, safe, and allows for a virtually painless dental implant treatment. Furthermore, this procedure allows our Teeth in an Hour™ patients to walk out with beautiful teeth within the same day of treatment!

If Teeth in an Hour™ is not the right fit for you, here at TeethNow Dental Implant Centers we offer various options to renew and restore your smile based on your needs. Traditional dental implants are one option, where one or more dental implants, depending on the severity of the case, are inserted into the jawbone. These, however, require 3-12 months of healing time before inserting the final crown. Another option is The All-On-Four procedure, which involves the insertion of 4 to 6 dental implants into the upper and/or lower arches. A temporary prosthesis is then attached, allowing the dental implants to heal properly before attaching the final restoration.
